Graduate student degree, doctor in management, senior engineer, have hold important position in State Economy Commission, State Planning Commission and Forestry Industry department, now is the director of Planning and Resource Management Department of State Forestry Administration China.
He has been involved in drafting several important governmental planning projects in terms of economic development in Chinese rural area and prospect planning till 2010 and etc. He is responsible for and has finished the drafting of mid-and-long term development of forest industry, which is brought into the outline of national economic planning. He is also in charge of the planning of other several major projects, which get approved and implemented smoothly, such as national natural forest preservation project, fast growing forest plantation, convert arable land to forestry and etc.
Besides, he also issued several publications, such as “Development strategy and policy study on forest ecological construction in the exploration of West China? WTO vs. China Forestry? Current Situation of Application and Prospect of China Wood Based Panel?and etc.
