the contact agency for foreign traders; 2.Translate the
letters that will be sent to the potential distributors or customers
for foreign traders;
Foreign exporters have come into China market to
develop their business and they need post the follow-up letters
to the prospective customers, but these materials are English,
so we will translate them into Chinese and send them to the
potential customers in order to let them understand their products.
3.Send the samples to the potential distributors
and customers for foreign traders;
In order to extend their products foreign exporters must post
their samples to the prospective customers, these samples
involve pictures of products, instructions for using products
and a video CD showing how products are used, we will send
these samples to the potential customers, foreign exporters
will reimburse the cost of sending the samples to the prospective

and send them to foreign exporters in time.

exporters have come into China market and set up relationship
with the prospective customers, we help them convey the communications
between foreign exporters and the prospective customers in

1.CWI as the Agent of foreign traders in China is
the contact agency for foreign traders; 2.Run
the publicity campaign for exporting products of foreign traders;
According to the detail materials of products provided
by foreign exporters, we will plan the project of products publicity
and run the campaign of advertising. The publicity includes
magazine, website, exhibition and propagandize to our members
and potential customers; (Foreign traders must be responsible
for the publicity fee)
3.Provide telephone, fax and mail/ email consulting
for exporting products;
When customers have got the information of products from different
ways, they will ask us some questions about products, such
as products quality, products price, products function, how
to operate and how to order etc. We will immediately explain
these questions in detail through telephone, fax and mail/email.
4.Provide the status of related products supply
and demand in China market for foreign traders;
In order to let foreign exporters realize China
market we will provide the status of supply and demand products,
the change of requirement in China market, the analysis of
products exporting trends, the analysis of products price
trends.
5.Provide the status of the potential customers
for foreign exporters;
Through our contact with customers we are familial with their
demand of products, we can provide the status of the potential
customers for foreign exporters.
6.Arrange a business tour for foreign trader
to visit and interview the objective customers (accompanying
fee paid by foreign traders);
After achievement of trading intent through our
communicating and coordinating between exporters and customers,
we will arrange a business tour for foreign traders according
to their requirement, which we will accompany with them to
visit the processing products in objective customers’
factory and they can interview customers and discuss the real
matters about the deal and finally sign the agreement. We
will appoint our staff to accompany foreign traders on the
business tour from beginning to end, but the accompany tour
fee should be charged by foreign traders.

exhibition, conference and seminar (the conference fee paid
by foreign traders);
Our company will hold different types of wood products exhibition,
conference and seminar each year and we will firstly arrange
our representative foreign exporters to join these conferences,
but the conference fee must be paid by themselves.

directly develop their products in China market and sell them
to Chinese customers when we run the campaign of publicity
for foreign exporters’ products.
