Following the industry tour in 2006 China Wood Flooring Export & Import Conference, China Wood International, Inc. is offering two kinds of industry tour to see and experience two important areas of wood flooring in China.

Option 1: Dalian Industry Tour (Focus on the solid wood and engineered wood flooring)
Background of Flooring Industry in LiaoningProvince
Liaoning province --- Dalian, Fushun and Shenyang
There are more than 450 flooring companies here, 95% of which are private ones. The production value exceeds 5 billion RMB Yuan, accounting for above 90% of the whole province.
Hardwood like ash, maple and birch are rich in this area, with even lower price in Guangdong. Small-scaled companies is common here which cause capacity of solid wood flooring producers is only 87.23% of the above said ones on average and of engineered flooring, only 53.93%.

There are about 21.3 thousand companies producing wood products or related products. It could produce 63 million m2 of flooring in 2005. 280 flooring companies are located in Guangzhou city, 85% of which are small-sized ones (annual sales less than 5 million RMB Yuan).
