2008 Consulting & Training Conference on Policies Concerning Sino-Russian Forest Resources Exploitation and Timber Processing Investment

    In order to promote the communications, investment and cooperation between Chinese and Russian enterprises, State Forestry Administration, PRC will hold the 2008 Consulting & Training Conference on Policies Concerning Sino-Russian Forest Resources Exploitation and Timber Processing Investment.

    Over ten officials and experts from Federal Forestry Agency of Russia,leaders of russian oblasts and russian enterprises will be invited to attend the conference. The conference will focus on the introduction to the new Russian forestry code, Russian trade and investment environment, and Russian regional forestry laws, helping Chinese companies understand Russia’s forestry industry and promoting further cooperation in forestry between China and Russia.National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Commerce  and China National Forest Product Industry Association (CNFPIA) will gather together at the conference communicating with one another, in a bid to promote Sino-Russian further cooperation in forestry.
