On August 5th 2008, Nature, one of the top brands in Chinese flooring industry, Morgan Stanley and IFC celebrated the investment contract in Beijing. The two global financial agencies will invest with $100 million in Nature to perfect sustainable wood supply channel and upgrade the sustainable development capacity of industry.

Nature Flooring is one of brands of China Flooring Holding Co., Ltd, which is one of the largest flooring manufacturers in Asia. The investment of IFC into China Flooring Holding Co., Ltd included $20 million shareholding and $30 million long term loan. Morgan Stanley will invest with another $50 million. However, there is no further detail about share of shareholding of this investment.
