Recently Forestry Bureau of Qinghai province made a survey on its afforestation investment reformation, the building of thron and medlar bases and afforestation costmanagement. In this year, 10 villages has been screened out to be experimented , aiming at promoting the afforestation investment reformation,  and the building and protection of forestry environment.
