It is announced by the State Government, Ministry of finance and State Administration of Taxiation that from Nov, 1st, 2008, the exporting drawback rate of some labour-extensive, high-technological and high additional value products will be upshifted. This time, the adjustment, involving a wide range of about 3,486 products which cover a percentage of 25.8% of the total exported products, is mainly about two matters: one is to appropriately upshift the drawback rate of some labour-extensive products including textiles, clothings, toys and etc; the other aims at some high-technological and high additional value products like anti-AIDS medications and etc. As a result, the drawback rate of some furniture is going to reach 11%, or 13%.
