On Nov. 4th, the State Forestry Bureau released 2009 Timber Production Plan: the overall volumes of cutting and out-turn are 158.57 million m3 and 100.39 million m3 in 2009. In terms of harvesting volume, the 3 biggest provinces are Guangxi, Fujian and Hunan whose annual harvesting volumes are all above 15 million m3.
