It was determined on the executive meeting hosted by Primier Wen Jiabao that the drawback rate of the products of some labor-intensive and electrical & mechanical enterprises will be upshifted for the third time from December 1st of 2008 in order to support the labor-intensive enterprises and promote industrial upgrading. Concurrently,  a Notification, carried out by Ministry of Finance and  State Administration of Taxation, has cleared that the drawback rate of about 3770  products taking FGHY products as primary will be upshifted by 5-9%.
