Wujiangs exporting volume kept on a constantly stable increase against the negative market environment. It is reported that from January to October, there were altogether 1,493 batches of wooden products valued $ 22.777 million applying to customs, which increased by 54.9% and 62.8% respectively compared to the same period of last year.

These wooden products being exported are mainly wooden furniture, wooden frameworks, wooden flooring products and wooden doors.The hike of exporting volume in Wujiang City mainly resorted to three reasons: 1. some enterpriese put emphasis on R&D of new products like new style sofa and hanging frmeworks; 2. the development of multi-customers including Middle East, Europe and Southeast Asia V.S. the former uni-u.s. customer; 3. enterprises pay attentions on learning new technical legislative rules.
