"2010 China Panel Furniture Development Forum" was held in Chengdu — Chinas largest panel furniture manufacturing base on April 28-29,organized by China Wood International, Inc , China National Furniture Association, Co-organized by Sichuan Furniture Commercial Chamber, Sichuan Forest Products Industry Association, Guangdong Furniture Association, with the chief Sponsors Quanu Furinture and Shengda Forestry Group, supported by WWF China, HOMAG China, Leitz Tooling Systems (Nanjing) Co.,Ltd, Diffenbacher.

Approximately 400 people from over 150 enterprises, goverment, associations, industrial consultation and medias have attended. A lot of leading furniture enterprises in China such as Quanu Furinture, Mingzhu Furniture Group Co. Ltd, SUNON Group, QM and many wood-based leaders such as Shengda Forestry Group, Dare group, GuangDong Weihua Corporation and others gave their opinions. Organizer told reporters he hopes high-level intelligence collision will promote the industry forward.

Jia Qingwen, chairman of China National Furniture Association, gave a full description of current Chinese furniture industry; Wang Xuemao, chairman of Sichuan Furniture Commercial Chamber, introduced the situation of Sichuan furniture industry; Corporate executives talked about hot spots from the business perspective; Harald Sieber, president of SCHULER Business Solutions AG shared the development and trends in the European furniture industry.

After the meeting, more than 170 delegates visited Quanu Furinture and Shengda Forestry Group.
